Guests see only their own invitation, with every name spelled just as you wrote it.
Each household gets a personal link that opens their invitation straight away. Print it as a QR code on the card.
Guests answer for each person on the invitation, children included, so your numbers are exact.
Allergies and dietary needs are collected with each reply and listed together for your caterer.
Plans change. Guests can update their reply with the same code, and your sheet updates too, with no duplicates.

We wanted an RSVP page that felt like our invitations, and replies we could manage ourselves in a simple spreadsheet. We couldn’t find quite that, so we built it. Now we’d love to make one for you.
FAQ
It depends on the package and how soon you need it. We’ll agree on a timeline when we reply to your enquiry. Custom designs take the longest, so get in touch early if you’d like one.
Yes. They enter the same code, or open their personal link again, and update their answers. Your sheet replaces their earlier reply, so there are never duplicates.
If someone replies by phone or post, you can enter their answer on the site yourself using their code. It lands in your sheet just like everyone else’s.
Of course. Times, venues, wording and the RSVP deadline can all be updated, and the changes go live straight away.
Your site lives at an address made from your names, such as ava-and-lucas-2027.craftedrsvp.com. If you’d like a web address of your own, just ask.
A free Google account is all you need to see your replies. We set up the sheet and share it with you.
Not at all. Engagements, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, christenings and reunions all work beautifully.
Your site stays up for as long as you’d like it. When you’re ready, we take it down, and you keep your spreadsheet.
